An Interactive Discussion with the Asylum Bar

The panel will open with trends in procedural issues and what we still hope to see from the Biden administration; trends in detention related issues and what we still hope to see from the Biden administration; and trends in substantive asylum adjudications and what we still hope to see from the Biden administration. It will then proceed to an interactive discussion where audience members ask questions in a Zoom format Q&A.
